We are currently hiring for Production Assemblers and Electronics Assemblers / Solderers in the Miamisburg area.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday

Shift: 1st Shift

Work Week: Four 10-hour shifts with a three-day weekend every week

Production Assembler Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical and electronic components
• Follow detailed work instructions and assembly documentation
• Work with hand tools and precision assembly equipment
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks
• Work with extremely small parts requiring excellent hand dexterity
• Utilize microscopes and magnification equipment throughout the production process
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

Electronics Assembler / Solderer Responsibilities

• Perform through-hole soldering on electronic assemblies
• Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components
• Build wire harnesses and cable assemblies
• Read assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Inspect and test completed assemblies
• Perform rework and repair activities as needed
• Maintain quality and workmanship standards

Qualifications

Production Assemblers

• Small-part assembly experience preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive precision work

Electronics Assemblers / Solderers

• Soldering experience preferred
• Electronics assembly experience preferred
• Wire harness or cable assembly experience a plus
• Ability to read work instructions and assembly drawings
• IPC or J-STD certifications are a plus but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
