Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

This role involves a variety of general labor tasks, including cleaning, stocking food supplies, and moving items to different areas within the facility. The position is suitable for candidates who are reliable, willing to learn, and open to training on specific processes and standards.

Shifts open- 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm M-F and every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas thoroughly and consistently, following provided guidelines and safety practices.
• Stock food supplies and related items in designated locations to ensure inventory is organized and readily available.
• Move items and materials to different areas within the facility as directed, maintaining proper handling and care.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area, promptly addressing spills, clutter, and other cleanliness concerns.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads, adapting to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
• Learn and apply training on equipment use, cleaning procedures, and stocking methods to perform duties efficiently.
• Report any issues with supplies, equipment, or work areas to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Freehold, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
