Senior Caregiver - Now Hiring

I am having a minimally invasive back surgery on November 18. In the three following days, I may need help for myself in my 60s for a few hours each day, and possibly twice a day. I expect I would need someone part-time with respect to medication management, some light housekeeping and serving ready-made meals. Preferences for a care giver who is a non-smoker and who has substantial experience with post surgery care such as that described above.
