Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am a mother of two children and work in healthcare, with 12-hour shifts from 6:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. I have one of my children every other week, so Im looking for a reliable, flexible babysitter who can come to my home around 5:00 a.m. to help get my children ready for school, drop them off, and pick them up Monday through Friday. My work schedule changes weekly, so flexibility is essential. Im also looking for a full-day babysitter on weekends when I have work days that fall on a weekend. Im hoping to find someone dependable, caring, and experienced with children who can accommodate my changing schedule.
