Babysitter - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 toddler boys. We would prefer someone who could keep their play area tidy. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. The boys like to take walks and play outside, play with their toys, and dance. I would like to begin to include structured, developmentally appropriate activities into their daily routine; any ideas? They are currently learning Spanish and some sign language. Light meal prepping for their meals as needed. Although I am primarily looking for care on Thursday and Friday afternoons, I will occasionally need childcare on other week days as well.
