Childcare Needed

I'm looking for a nanny for my infant daughter - currently 7 weeks old. Will need assistance with transitioning back to work. Schedule is not currently solidified and will likely be variable. There are times when I will want someone in the home while I am both working from home or in the office. We have one indoor cat who does not interact with people other than household members - he tends to hide by himself.
