The role we are currently looking to fill is for a Set-Up Technician. 

This position consists of:
-Visual inspection of automatic buffing lines. (Checking guns, compound lines, and electrical wiring.)
-Changing buff heads that range from 4 feet up to 16 feet long.
-Verifying set-up for production runs.
-Identifying mechanical or electrical concerns and addressing or escalating them. 
-Ensuring fixtures are stored properly and checking fixture status for production.
-Monitoring ergonomics and safety on the lines.

Prior experience will be taken into consideration when determining starting pay.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in production processes.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs frequently. Bending, squatting and reaching frequently.  
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures.
