Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of both Graze Craze locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the business, from hiring and training team members to overseeing purchasing, marketing, and daily operations. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction while also implementing strategies to grow our brand. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and make a lasting impact on a growing business.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a retail or food service setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple locations effectively.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better connect with our diverse team and customer base.
• A proven track record of success in hiring, purchasing, marketing, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
