Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
ProStaffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Conover, NC. Ideal candidates will have previous experience operating CNC, Gerber, or foam-cutting machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and operating guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production goals and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with CNC, Gerber, or foam-cutting machinery preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Spanish and Hmong-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
