John C. Fremont Hospital is seeking reliable Emergency Room Registered Nurses for a 13-week assignment in Mariposa, California.
This 34-bed hospital serves a rural community and provides emergency, acute care, and skilled nursing services. Nurses will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient needs in a collaborative, close-knit healthcare environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
Provide emergency nursing interventions and ongoing patient monitoring.
Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate promptly with providers.
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and protocols.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support safe patient handoffs.
Collaborate with the emergency care team to deliver timely, patient-centered care.
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
Current ACLS certification.
Current PALS certification.
Completed CMT course or demonstrated cardiac monitoring proficiency.
Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and ability to adapt quickly.
Minimal requests for time off during the assignment.
