Looking for a School-Based BCBA position in Rocklin, CA with competitive pay and a predictable weekday schedule?

We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K–12 students in a school setting. You'll work alongside teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to develop behavior plans, support student progress, and help create positive learning environments.

What You'll Do

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and special education teams
- Provide behavioral consultation and support to school personnel
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data
- Support behavioral goals outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

What You'll Need

- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and school teams
- School-based or special education experience is a plus, but not required
