Scheduling Coordinator

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join the Service Department at Sheridan Ford in Wilmington, DE. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing appointment schedules to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring optimal use of technician availability.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates regarding service status.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer information.
• Collaborate with the service team to prioritize urgent repairs and manage workflow.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Prior experience in scheduling or customer service, preferably in an automotive service environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
