Mueller's is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a 100% commission position with typical earnings of $80,000–$120,000+ annually, depending on performance.
This Monday–Friday opportunity focuses on customer relationships, repair estimating, service recommendations, and managing repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships from initial service write-up through vehicle delivery
• Prepare estimates and clearly explain repair and maintenance recommendations
• Help customers make informed decisions about vehicle service needs
• Manage repair orders from start to finish and coordinate workflow with technicians
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text throughout the repair process
• Source and coordinate parts as needed
• Perform final quality control inspections and job-related test drives
• Support shop performance goals while maintaining a high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Proven automotive service sales ability and strong customer communication skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, 100% commission environment
• Independent automotive repair shop or dealership experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage approximately 20–25 vehicles per day
• Automotive service writing, repair estimating, customer relationship management, parts coordination, shop management software, and Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred; Tech Rocket experience is a plus
