Speech Language Therapist

School Speech Language Pathologist Contract for a 36-week assignment in North Adams, MA. Earn up to $70 per hour with premium pay, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to impact early-learning students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to prek and kindergarten students at Brayton Elementary School.

• Assess communication skills and develop individualized education plans.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and caregivers to support student progress.

• Implement therapy sessions and monitor student development.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, or equivalent certification/license required by Massachusetts State regulations.

• Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a school environment during standard daytime hours (8:25 AM - 3:10 PM).

• Background check and immunization documentation required.

Preferred Skills:

• CPR and first aid certifications.

• Familiarity with prek and kindergarten caseloads.
