Physical Therapist - Travel Contract - Now Hiring

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required
• Experience with NetHealth and PCC required

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week
• Patient age range: 40-80
• Productivity expectation: 90% for evaluators and 95% for assistants
