Production Associate

Location: Dover, NH

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

Aerotek is currently hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Dover, NH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with any level of manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience. Job Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery following established work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform basic hands-on assembly of components and finished products.
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load and unload materials into machines and workstations.
• Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and other production equipment as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, machine operating, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, NH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
