Welder - Up To $28/hour+

Hiring Welders! Pay up to $28/hour+ based on experience. Multiple shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/Pulse MIG welding on mild steel parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Load and position parts in fixtures and complete welds to specification.
• Produce consistent, high-quality welds that meet company standards.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG, Pulse MIG, or TIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred

• High-volume production welding experience.
• Experience using weld fixtures and production welding equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and continuous improvement.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
