Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a Live-in caretaker who would be available for part-time nanny hours in the evenings Monday through Friday. The hours would be roughly 4 p.m. to 7 PM, with a little room for flexibility on school out days. I would also be willing to consider giving someone a room rent free with no babysitting involved in exchange for being in the apartment overnight when my kids are sleeping. For that situation, it will be OK to sleep. Willing to consider either option. If interested, please contact me for details.
