Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a regular part-time nanny/sitter for our kids (3 and 1) on Monday and Thursday mornings (availability for occasional evening babysitting would be a plus). Our 1-year-old just started walking so loves exploring anything and everything, as does our 3-year-old, who especially loves trucks and building things. Ideally we like for them to spend as much time outside as possible, eating on the porch if the weather permits and playing in the backyard. Nap-time in the afternoon after lunch, and then usually back outside again until dinner. Spanish-speaking would be a huge plus!
