Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 toddler in Cortland. My husband and I both work varying schedules at 12-hr shifts. Needs will vary depending on our schedules but we will routinely need up to 3 days/week with occasional weekends when our shifts overlap. Open to discussing pay. Love/prefer the idea and the flexibility of keeping our son in our own home while we're away. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
