Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

The 2-year-old girl is very loud, does not know how to sit for long, is very hyper, cannot understand boundaries, knows her numbers up to 10 and knows all of the alphabet. The 1-year-old boy follows what his sister does. He loves to eat yet they don't know boundaries. They come from a neglectful and abusive home. My daughter has a TBI and cannot care for them by herself. They love to play all day, however, Grandma makes them nap daily. No napping after 2:00 p.m.
