Babysitter Needed

I would like someone to come shortly after I start work and be apart of teaching and interacting with our child in age appropriate manner that helps her learn and develop essential skills. I also would like her caretaker to take initiative with being creative in making her days fun. If they can do the dishes that she creates and clean up after our girl along with prepping her meals that would be a bonus!
