Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Nashville. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who is CPR certified. Guaranteed 5 hours every week, 10 hours every other week. Need is for every other Thursday evening. Friday morning (only the week I work Thursdays ) and Friday afternoon and Monday morning. Monday and Friday are both guaranteed days every week. Reliability is crucial.
