Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate CNC Swiss-style and multi-task lathes to produce high-precision parts.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit CNC programs using CAM software such as Mastercam.
• Set up machines, install tooling, and adjust machine offsets.
• Read blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Inspect finished parts and maintain quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of CNC machining, setup, and programming experience.
• Experience with Citizen Swiss-style lathes and/or Miyano multi-task lathes.
• Knowledge of G-code, CAM software, tooling, and GD&T.
• Technical machining education preferred.
• Must meet applicable ITAR U.S. Person and firearms-manufacturer eligibility requirements.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs., and wear required safety equipment.
