Accounts Manager

Accounts Manager will manage mid-market accounts, strengthening client relationships while supporting account planning, revenue tracking, contract management and sales forecasting. Reporting to Finance Leadership and General Management, this role will also support revenue analysis and client communication with occasional travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-market accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop a thorough understanding of each client's needs and processes.
• Manage A/R and A/P
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies (increase revenue / lower cost).
• Develop and execute account plans.
• Track account revenue and support revenue analysis.
• Manage contracts and related account documentation.
• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts.
• Develop proposals, contracts and pricing recommendations.
• Use account data to identify issues and apply effective problem-solving approaches.
• Track performance and sales metrics.
• Prepare a variety of financial and operational reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with account forecasting and revenue analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong client communication and problem-solving skills.
