Do you love helping others and being part of a strong team and have supervisory experience in the field of direct supports? OCCK, Inc. is seeking a highly dedicated, driven, self-motivated individual to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals.

Shifts available:

• Evenings
• Weekends
• Overnights

What You’ll Do:

• OCCK, Inc. is seeking a highly dedicated, driven, self-motivated individual to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals.
• This team leader position will supervise Direct Service Professionals and Independent Living staff as assigned, ensuring quality services are provided. 
• Services are provided in home environments and throughout the community to establish positive routines, develop functional skills, and for the enhancement of daily living skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Team players ready to work flexible shifts and connect with people
• Caregiving experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training!
• Availability to work at least one weekend and one overnight shift

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Must have basic math skills
• Must have a proven work history
• Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting
• Must be available to work various shifts
• Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles
• One year working in the field of human services preferred
• A high school diploma or GED is required
