EV Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, skilled, and passionate Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing medical spa team in Torrance, California. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with extensive knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures, exceptional patient care skills, and a passion for delivering beautiful, natural-looking results.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics (REQUIRED).
• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Expert-level experience in laser hair removal, microneedling, and RF microneedling.
• Strong experience with laser skin rejuvenation, resurfacing treatments, and advanced skin-tightening technologies.
• Experience with Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injectables is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, laser safety, treatment protocols, and aesthetic consultations.
• Ability to independently manage appointments and provide exceptional patient experiences within authorized clinical protocols.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of infection control, patient safety, and post-treatment care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal, microneedling, RF microneedling, and other approved aesthetic procedures within California nursing scope-of-practice requirements and applicable medical supervision.
• Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans with the supervising medical provider.
• Educate patients on procedures, expected results, aftercare, and recommended treatment schedules.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and before-and-after photographs.
• Follow all medical safety standards, sanitation procedures, and equipment protocols.
• Build lasting patient relationships through excellent service and consistent treatment quality.
• Stay current with aesthetic technology, treatments, and industry advancements.
