Manufacturing Positions - Wire Harness Assembler & Machine Operator

Location: Arlington, TX
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on position

Put your hands-on skills to work! We are hiring Wire Harness Assemblers and a Cut Department Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Arlington. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates who take pride in quality work.

• Wire Harness Assembler

Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses and related components using hand tools.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Handle small parts and perform detailed, repetitive assembly work.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Previous assembly experience is a plus.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong visual attention to detail and ability to inspect small parts.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

• Cut Department – Machine Operator

Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used in the Cut Department.
• Measure materials accurately using a measuring tape.
• Use small hand tools and follow production instructions.
• Inspect materials for accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read a measuring tape.
• Comfortable using small hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work in a production environment.

Expectations for Both Positions

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain reliable attendance and work the full scheduled shift.
