Precast Concrete Production skilled Laborer - Strip & Load

HardHat Workforce Solutions is hiring Concrete Strip & Load Laborers to assist with removing, handling, and loading precast concrete wall panels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Remove cured concrete wall panels from forms.
• Operate or assist with overhead crane operations.
• Set up and position A-frames for loading.
• Safely load concrete wall panels onto A-frames.
• Use hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Climb ladders to detach crane straps from wall panels.
• Follow load sheets and proper loading procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

• Previous construction, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Overhead crane or rigging experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing physical labor.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
