Temporary HR Assistant needed for short-term assignment located in Conroe, TX!

The HR assistant will be responsible for working with HR team members and company supervisors.

Job function would be general recruiting= interviewing, drug testing, filing, and helping candidates navigate application process.

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Job requirements that must be met:

• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Minimum of 2+ years of strategic HR experience.
• Must be available to work Overtime when business requires.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management.
• Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
• Commitment to company values and operating principles.
• Proven to manage employee relations situations, working knowledge of employment law and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent consulting skills.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work in a fast paced environment/manage multiple conflicting priorities.
