Staffing Recruiter

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full‐cycle recruiting efforts for high‐volume light industrial roles. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and skilled at building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners. This role requires deep expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing talent in fast‐paced manufacturing, warehouse, production, and logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‐to‐end recruitment process for light industrial positions including assemblers, machine operators, forklift drivers, warehouse associates, and production staff.

• Conduct high‐volume sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and local partnerships.

• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure qualifications and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding activities.

Required

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in light industrial or high‐volume staffing.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with major job boards, social platforms, and ATS systems.

• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‐paced environment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.

• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Preferred

• Experience in staffing agency or on‐site workforce management.

• Familiarity with warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments.

• Strong data‐driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and hiring metrics.
