Director of Outreach

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated leadership, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to $20,000 annually.

About the Role

You’ll own outreach across our four current clinics and take the lead as we open more. Your work will help more patients find care, strengthen provider relationships, and grow referrals while supporting a sustainable payer mix.

Our overall processes are in place, with room to fine-tune them. You’ll bring clear priorities, strong leadership, and the attention to detail that keeps things moving. You’ll know what your team is working on, where they need support, and what needs to happen next.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll build relationships of your own, stay active in the field, and work closely with clinic directors and the outreach team. Prompt communication and consistent follow-through matter here. When you make a commitment, people should feel confident it will happen.

What You’ll Own

• Lead outreach strategy and execution, with accountability for referral growth and care requests.
• Prioritize markets, accounts, and opportunities across providers, community organizations, and direct-to-consumer outreach.
• Lead outreach for new clinics and growing markets.
• Manage and support the outreach team through clear expectations, weekly meetings, coaching, and accountability.
• Partner with clinic directors to keep local outreach efforts focused and moving forward.
• Build and maintain provider relationships, manage key accounts, and represent our practices at community events.
• Oversee outreach events, campaigns, messaging, and marketing materials.
• Improve workflows and ensure accurate CRM records, timely follow-ups, and consistent reporting.
• Use data to evaluate results, adjust priorities, and keep leadership informed.
• Identify staffing needs and support team growth as we expand.

• Experience owning outreach, business development, or growth-related outcomes.
• Experience leading people, managing priorities, and holding a team accountable.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Ability to think strategically while staying involved in the daily work.
• Clear, prompt communication and strong relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with ownership, clinic leaders, and support teams.
• Confidence using CRM systems and performance reporting.

Healthcare outreach, provider relations, and experience in a referral-driven organization are preferred. We also welcome PTs and OTs interested in transitioning into nonclinical leadership who bring the leadership and relationship-building skills this role requires.

Non-Negotiables

Regular local travel, reliable transportation, in-person provider and clinic meetings, community events, and strong CRM and reporting discipline.
