Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
• Setup and operate CNC milling equipment
• Select tooling, workholding, and machining parameters
• Support fixture design and process improvements
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues
• Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment
• Create setup sheets and process documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
• Experience with 3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis milling
• Proficient with Mastercam or similar CAM software
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
• Strong knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and machining processes

Preferred

• Experience with Okuma machines and OSP controls
• Fusion 360, Inventor, or SOLIDWORKS experience
• Quality inspection/metrology experience
