Territory Sales Representative

Condustrial is hiring an Territory Sales Representative to grow our construction and industrial staffing business in the Atlanta market.

We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing business relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term customers.

This is an active, field-based sales position—not an inside sales or remote role. You'll spend most of your day visiting businesses, meeting decision-makers, and developing new accounts.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Meet with contractors, manufacturers, and industrial businesses to identify staffing opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Partner with our recruiting team to fulfill customer staffing needs.
• Negotiate service agreements and close new business.
• Track sales activity and manage your pipeline through our CRM.

What We're Looking For

• Previous B2B sales, outside sales, or business development experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable prospecting for new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Construction, industrial, or staffing experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Opportunity

• $41,600 annual base salary

Schedule & Location

Lawrenceville, GA | In Person

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Daily office check-in at 8:00 AM and return after field visits
• Approximately 6+ hours per day visiting prospects and customers
