ABOUT US
We are a growing, surgical supply distribution company based in Southlake, TX. We supply hospitals and surgery centers nationwide, helping healthcare professionals get the products they need.
We're looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dependable Medical Supply Warehouse Associate to assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving inventory, quality control, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
This is a hands-on position that requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive incoming inventory and verify products and quantities.
- Inspect medical supplies for damage, packaging integrity, and expiration dates.
- Verify and accurately document product lot numbers, expiration dates, and inventory traceability.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory locations.
- Use inventory and shipping software to process orders and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with inventory counts and product rotation.
- Keep warehouse and workstations clean and organized.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, quality concerns, or order issues promptly.
- Assist the team with daily warehouse operations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience preferred.
- Medical supply experience is a plus, but not required.
- Has a long-term mindset and an interest in growing professionally.
We are willing to train the right person.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform routine warehouse tasks safely.
COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITIES
- $18.00 per hour.
- Part-time position, 30-32 hours per week.
- Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends.
- Hands-on training.
- Opportunity to transition to full-time after 90 days based on performance and business needs.
