Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Canvasser – Tree Service & Landscaping | St. Louis County

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time | Commission-Based

Pay: $20 Hour or Commission, whichever is higher.

Commission is $35.00 per qualified sales lead | Paid Bi-Weekly

Location: Saint Louis County, MO (Suburban Neighborhoods & Business Districts)

About the Role

We are a growing tree service and landscaping company serving Saint Louis County, and we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Canvasser to hit the ground running in residential neighborhoods and commercial areas. If you’re a people person who isn’t afraid to knock on doors and spark a conversation, this is an excellent opportunity to earn strong commissions on your own schedule.

No selling required — your job is simply to connect with interested customers and gather their contact information and service needs. Our closers handle the rest.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass assigned suburban neighborhoods and business areas throughout Saint Louis County
• Knock on doors and engage homeowners and business owners with on-the-spot estimates and information on tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, landscaping, and seasonal service specials
• Leave professionally printed door hangers and flyers when residents are not home
• Post approved marketing materials in permitted public locations
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Send personalized follow-up sales emails to leads
• Accurately capture qualified lead information — name, contact details, address, and service(s) of interest
• Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner

Schedule

• Preferred hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Some evenings and weekends required to accommodate customers’ schedules
• Flexible scheduling available based on performance and availability

Compensation & Benefits

• $35.00 per qualified sales lead — a lead is defined as a verified interested customer with contact information and confirmed service interest
• No cap on earnings — the more doors you knock, the more you earn

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable approaching strangers
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (required — mileage in the field)
• Android or iPhone smartphone (required)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• Prior canvassing, door-to-door, or outside sales experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
