Talent Sourcer

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top tech and non-tech talent, including diverse talent pools. 

2. Candidate Engagement: Proactively engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms. 

3. Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified and diverse candidates. 

4. Collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals. 

5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices related to hiring in the tech and non tech fields, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. 

6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process, serving as a brand ambassador for Aptiv. 

7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations. 

Qualifications: 

· 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on diversity hiring preferred. 

· Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. 

· Familiarity with recruitment strategies, diversity recruitment and best practices. 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates. 

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

· Passion for talent sourcing and diversity initiatives.
