Home Health Aide Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. She is alert and oriented but needs assistance overnight to ensure safe toileting through the night. She has been getting up 3-5 times per night then goes back to bed. Some toileting assistance may be required as well as light tidying up. Looking for someone dependable, trustworthy, caring, loves people, encouraging, patient, flexible, and honest. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with a friendly dog. Pay rate to be negotiated. Overnights 10pm-6 a.m. Tuesday pm through Saturday am.
