Job Title: Consumer & HCP Engagement Coordinator

Location: Fremont, MI (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months+ Contract
Schedule: 35 hours per week | Flexible schedule

We are seeking a Consumer & HCP Engagement Coordinator to engage consumers, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and medical office staff through outbound calls and emails. Responsibilities include providing product and program information, promoting educational resources and support services, updating contact details, and documenting interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, call center, healthcare support, or outbound calling experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
