On Demand Staffing is seeking a people-focused Staffing Dispatcher to join our brand-new Orlando, Florida office serving the day labor and construction industry. This early-morning, fast-paced role coordinates labor candidates, job sites, customers, payroll, onboarding, and compliance while reporting to the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Open the labor office each morning.
• Dispatch labor candidates to job sites.
• Coordinate candidate assignments and job-site needs.
• Track work tickets and attendance.
• Process daily payroll.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Complete applicant onboarding.
• Monitor compliance requirements.
