Additional Skills: Weld test during interview, bring weld helmet along with PPE

Job Description: Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless‐steel pipes. Weld couplings onto pipes and assemble pipe sections through precision pipe‐to‐pipe welding.

Must haves:

• 3-5 years welding and fabrication background-candidate must hit the ground running with no training
• Must be able to read tape measure
• Good communication and teamwork

Perform specialty welding tasks on:

• Spool pieces, Pipes, etc.
• All welds will be MIG and Tig.
• Weld outlets onto carbon steel pipe.
• Inspect work for defects,
• Alignment of fittings
• Check for bad seems splits in pipe.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to all the safety and quality standards.
• Report all equipment malfunctions, safety issues that requires repairs.
• General reading and writing as well as some computer skills. (All training is on online in workday.

This position is required to have a weld test performed during the interview. Please bring welding hood and PPE to perform weld test.

Weld test/interviews are a minimum of 2 hours on site.
