Clinical Care LPN-Part time-{174966}

Position: Clinical LPN-Part time Float
Main Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345

Hourly Rate: $37.17/hr.
Schedule: 20 hours a week. Rotating schedule, weekend availability required.

·       TRAINING IS FULL TIME

Key Responsibilities

·        Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB, etc.)

·        Obtain and record vital signs

·        Provide emergency care in collaboration with the provider on-site

·        Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout

·        Support clinic operations, including wait room management, appointment scheduling, reminder/outreach calls, and chaperone duties for sensitive exams

Required Qualifications

·        Experience administering immunizations, injections, & provide vaccine education

·        Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, ER, or related

·        Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

·        Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED use

Licensure & Education

·        Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license

·        Graduate of an approved/accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program
