Pharmacy Technician

The Pharmacy Technician will support prescription fulfillment and patient service in long-term care and community pharmacy settings. Reporting to the pharmacist-in-charge, this role will process and dispense retail prescriptions, maintain accurate pharmacy records, support compliance requirements, and provide responsive customer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill retail prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and dispense medications under the direction of the pharmacist-in-charge.
• Enter and maintain prescription and patient data accurately.
• Support pharmacy compliance procedures and documentation.
• Provide courteous, timely customer and patient support.
• Assist with prescription workflow in long-term care and community pharmacy settings.
