Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects within manufacturing operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and track cost savings.
• Work with production, engineering, and management teams to improve operations.
• Train employees on Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of continuous improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with cost savings, ROI calculations, and process optimization.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• JD Edwards (JDE) experience is a plus.
