Quality Inspector

Position Summary

CitiStaff Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Control Associate for a logistics and distribution company in Compton, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inspecting merchandise, identifying damaged or defective products, and ensuring quality standards are met before shipment.

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, defects, and quality issues.
• Verify product quantities, SKUs, labels, and packaging accuracy.
• Identify and separate damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged merchandise.
• Perform quality inspections during receiving, packing, and shipping operations.
• Document inspection results and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and follow established quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous Quality Control experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or 3PL environment strongly preferred.
• Experience inspecting merchandise and identifying product defects or damage.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and packaging procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• WMS and RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are welcome.
• Must meet E-Verify employment eligibility requirements.

Compensation: $20 hr.
