 Responsibilities:

Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient serviceSupport daily operations and site performanceWork alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly serviceTrain, coach, and develop team membersEnsure excellent customer service and consistent wash qualityAssist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverageHelp lead team performance and maintain operational standardsHandle customer concerns and resolve issues professionallyComplete cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting proceduresHelp manage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance needsMaintain a clean, safe, and professional facilityProvide day-to-day leadership and support to the team

 What We're Looking For:

Leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lead by example and work alongside the teamStrong problem-solving skillsMechanically inclined or willing to learn basic equipment troubleshootingAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekendsAbility to work outdoors and lift up to 50 poundsReliable, organized, and accountable
