Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking a babysitter near Philadelphia for 1 child. November 4th is my 21st birthday and I never have much free time. I am looking to pay 200 for someone to watch her overnight as she can more often than not be a handful. I hope to find someone patient and okay with a fussy 2-year-old. I also hope to overall find a primary nanny that she can be comfortable with as it is particularly hard to get things done.
