Dual Housekeeping And Nanny Job

We are a family of 4 - my wife and I and have two girls (4-year-old and 17-month-old) and we live in Washington. I work from home and my wife is a stay-at-home mom. We are looking for someone to help with housework (dishes, laundry, pick up toys, wiping counters, and other cleaning needs) and spending time with our two girls while we go out. Occasionally, this job may include grocery runs and light dinner prep. We're flexible on scheduling, but ideally looking for someone who can work afternoons and evenings. We are looking for someone who has experience nannying and cleaning. We want someone who can be with us long-term, who is reliable and has clear communication.
