Shift/Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM (OT available, start as early as 5:00 AM)
• Pay Range: $25.00 $32.00/hr (based on experience)

Description:

Set up and operate CNC machines, including Haas (Vertical) and Mitsubishi (Horizontal) systems

Focus on horizontal machining using 2.5 axis (standard) or 5 axis (if applicable)

Edit g-code programs for part customization, tool changes, and offsets

Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications

Conduct changeovers for various product lines (typically 820 orders per run)

Qualifications/Skills:

35+ years of CNC setup and operation experience preferred

Strong knowledge of horizontal machining and g-code editing

Experience with tool changes, offsets, CNC mill lathe, and CNC operation

Casting experience (especially with cast iron molds) is a plus

Familiarity with billet molds is beneficial

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
