Insight Global is hiring a Customer Service Associate for an exciting immersive exhibition coming to Moorestown, New Jersey, beginning October 14th! Our client is a leading entertainment agency that specializes in producing and operating immersive attractions and events across North America. They are bringing an immersive Sistine Chapel Replica Experience to the Moorestown Mall from November 1, 2026 through January 24, 2027 and are seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to help run the exhibition.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
-Greet and assist visitors with ticketing and general inquiries
-Scan and sell tickets using POS systems
-Provide information about the exhibition and ensure a welcoming environment
Retail Operations:
-Operate the gift shop, manage sales, and restock merchandise
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail space
Operational Duties:
-Serve as a key holder: responsible for opening and closing procedures
-Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs
